Agilent (HP) Diode Array Optimization Use of the diode array detector (1050, 1090, 1100, 1200, 1260 and 1290-Series) in method development. Includes overview of ChemStation set-up and optimization for specific applications and sample types. Advanced Peak Purity Use (The single most misunderstood function), use of reference wavelengths, setting bandwidth, proper flow cell, slit and wavelength selection as well as library searching are covered.
